What a whirlwind day! Last Sunday we hosted a beautiful wedding under the barn on a gray day in December. You would never have known that the sun was not shining for this glowing bride. What a beautiful bride! Everyone hustled and bustled around preparing the chairs and tables. There was a beautiful grapevine arbor made by the bride's father, roses, lace and rustic touches throughout. I cannot wait to see the photos. Here are a few snapshots ...

I have added a calendar to the website with our booked dates. Yay! If you have paid your deposit and returned your contract, your date is confirmed and booked on the calendar. Now you can see what dates are available at just a glance before contacting me. Please share with your friends looking for a venue. There are spring, summer and a few fall dates available. We unexpectedly had a cancellation for the end of October so let's get that date filled.
November 19 from 12-3 pm we will have our second bridal showcase. Artful cakes by Julie is hosting a cake tasting at the Farmhouse. There will be other vendors like local floral designer Cindy Rose of CE Florals, two photographers on site.... Allison Little will be signing up engagement sessions and Rachael Goodman with Six Hearts Photography, will be discussing your wedding day photos and videos. TheRobot photobooth will be here to set up and show you just how much fun a professional photo booth can add to your event. So come ready to take a photograph (dress up!). Southeastern Events and Sound will be providing us some great background music. They are providing a coupon for $ off if you book at our event. So, take a minute to discuss your playlist with Chris and John. We will have Audrey Jones, a certified wedding planner and Travel Advisor with Georgia TLC Events. She has all the answers to your planning questions. Her husband Mike will be there offering tux rental too.

She is bringing along a stylist for you to talk with about your favorite up do for your day too. We will have an event planner duo... Sisters Adventure. They will be providing us with some yummy treats. And that's not all they do, Reclaimed and Renewed is their Handmade and handcrafted items from pallets, and recovered lumber business.
