It was a cold wind blowing all weekend for starting that cross tie wall but, somebody needed to get started! We hauled, scraped, dug, placed and leveled the railroad ties for the bottom layer of the wall. And then we had to stop. Change of plans, take a quick ride into Atlanta to pick up a perfect addition to the outdoor church. A seven foot concrete cross. How do you just luck up on someone moving a cross out of their garden? Craigslist sells everything. Now how many people do you think it will take to lift a seven foot cross? FOUR, one small man, two average and one brute of a guy. Thanks guys for the help. Maybe this is the right location. I will need to round up another group of strong men if I want to change the location. Everything seems to be falling into place. I just hope next weekend is a little bit warmer!
