How not to leave the venue...
Words to think about...
"Live. Put your phone down. Talk to the person in front of you. Hold the door for people. Smile if someone catches your eye. Say thank you. Say please. Give hugs. Compliment people. Compliment yourself. Love yourself. Walk softly. Speak boldly. Love gently. Laugh loudly. Call someone if they cross your mind. Allow yourself to be happy for others, and most importantly allow yourself to be happy for yourself, through every stage and step of your life. Be happy. Life doesn't have to be perfect for it to be perfect." (Heather Anne Naples)
Not my words...but, it is the way I will treat you before your wedding and afterwards when I have fulfilled all the details of the contract. How will you act? Will you leave my venue with no trace of your party inside or out as promised? How will you treat me when I have to clean up after your party? When your party was super loud and I had to come tell you? When you were allowed to use things in the house without an extra charge only to break them? When you borrowed some decor item and returned it dirty? When I was accessible when ever you wanted to run by and measure something? How will you treat me when the beer bottles and liquor bottles are left on the front porch of my venue, when I have to put away your chairs and tables or pick up your sparkler wires? When I keep your security deposit money. Trust money. Money that is kept in trust for you to keep your end of the contract. What will you say about me to your friends? Will you tell them you share in the responsibility? Or will you paint a different picture?
